Shops can reopen their doors from May 11, 2020 following the latest announcements from the French government.

The reopening of our stores and the full resumption of activity in our logistics centers require the implementation of new procedures and a total reorganization of our services in order to protect the health of our customers and our employees.

You will find below the particular conditions of sale that we follow during this period of deconfinement.


We continue to ship web orders.

Our team of preparers is always very small in number to avoid the concentration of people in our logistics centers. Delivery times can be extended by an additional 2 to 6 days.

Our suppliers and manufacturers resume their activity on May 11. Unavailable products will therefore be restocked again.


The stores and the Monsieur Chaussure workshop open their doors on Tuesday, May 12.

In order to protect the health of our customers and our employees, the stores have been reorganized and certain rules must be observed:

1 - only one person (and possibly his companion) can be present in a store in addition to the sales team
2 - barriers are installed to delimit the space reserved for the customer and that reserved for sellers
3 - the customer cannot reach the products, only the seller can handle the products presented
4 - all exchanges of the type, payment, creation of account, delivery of shoes ... are carried out through a hygiaphone
5 - wearing a mask is compulsory for sales teams and highly recommended for our customers
6 - contact surfaces such as door handles or payment terminal keypad are cleaned and disinfected every hour
7 - if the weather permits, the store door remains open to optimize air renewal
8 - the whole store is cleaned and disinfected every day

All shoes left before the containment period have been taken care of. To avoid a too large flow of customers from the first days, we will put the shoes on gradually throughout the recovery week.

An email will be sent to each customer when their shoes are available in store.


Our after-sales service is still provided by a team reduced exclusively to telework. After-sales service is no longer in contact with our logistics teams, we cannot process all requests immediately.

Response times are also longer: between 3 days and 1 week.
