After watching the shoe polish videos on YouTube and browsing the website, I had the feeling that the Monsieur Chaussure brand sought above all to offer quality products to its customers.Indeed, we have the impression of dealing with people who know the field of shoes and who will be able to meet the expectations of customers who care about their shoes and their style.Well, I'm sorry to see that that's not the case. The socks offered are of MEDIOCRE quality (the weave is not at all tight and the thickness of the fabric is much too thin compared to classic lisle socks; they will not last long with use) .But the most annoying thing is the fact that the first pair I tried had a small hole in each of the socks (I don't know what it is about the other eight pairs I bought because I'm going to return them without having tried them).So I contacted customer service to obtain a return, not only for the eight unused pairs, but also for the one I tried and which had holes: customer service told me that, as the product had been tried, it was not It was no longer possible to send him back. Therefore, it is not possible to return a product where the only way to find out that it was defective was to try it! In terms of customer support, it's catastrophic, there too (especially since the return costs from Belgium amount to €16.40, they are not free, but I already knew that)).In conclusion, extremely disappointed by this brand which, obviously, has worked well on its communication but offers products of poor quality.
