Order for 10 pairs of Scottish thread socks placed on January 21, 2017 delivered on 02/04/2017. !!! No information email from customer service to warn me of late delivery following an out of stock! It’s up to the customer to take steps to find out where their order is!? No email apologies for this delay either! The least we can say is that it's all very commercial and a keen sense of satisfying their customers! Thanks again :/ Not sure I'll repeat the experience, too bad because the product seems to be of very good quality.
