Personally I use a white shoe scraper for brown shoes and a black one for my black shoes but I am very satisfied with both.

My old scraper (worn almost to the wood!) had significantly harder bristles. But this one is probably best suited for delicate leathers. I will see how it is used.

As a shoe shine beginner, I was wondering if this brush is really useful... OK, there's no need to look: it's ESSENTIAL. Bristles as hard as necessary to remove dirt, soft as necessary so as not to scratch the finest leathers. I regret a little the handling which is not optimal, the wooden part being a little thin. But for the price there is nothing to say, it's super quality.
