The moving parts are really mobile (my previous shoe trees got stuck at this level), which is very appreciable.Small negative point: on one of my shoe trees, a small piece of cedar tore off while I did not not even forced. It was at the level of the tongue of the shoe, so it doesn't bother, the shoe tree still fulfills its function.

The classic in unvarnished cedar wood, without frills, sober and very effective. Prefer unvarnished wood for better absorption of humidity and exploitation of the properties of cedar.

My first pair I took in the size of my shoes (44) they fit well but I find that they compress the shoes a little too much but do not alter the size in any way.
