Before applying your self-adhesive pads, we recommend that you clean the sole of your shoe with a sponge slightly soaked in alcohol. Run the sponge over the area where you will be sticking the pad and then wipe with a clean towel to get a clean, smooth surface. You can also wait a few minutes to make sure the sole is dry. If it is not, the skate will not stick to the sole. When the sole is clean and dry, place the sticky part of the skate on the shoe and press hard for a few minutes on the whole surface so that the two parts stick together.

For optimal and complete protection, Monsieur Chaussure recommends applying a complete protection covering half of the shoe, which tends to wear out more quickly. Service available online and throughout France.
