Several traces of glue or something dark brown on light brown. These traces, which are far from being discreet although close to the sole, reveal sloppy workmanship. Which is regrettable considering the price of the service and especially the price of the shoes!
Dear customer, we think you are talking about the deformation applied to the sole plate. In our workshops we apply this effect to shoes when they are delivered to us with a very damaged sole. Obviously if this does not suit you we can offer you other solutions. Please note that all shoe repairs carried out in our workshops can be redone at will as long as you are not satisfied.
