Description.

For this service, we will cut the end of the outsole with a knife without touching the seam and replace it with a new piece of leather from quality hides.

We are then going to glue the sole and apply deformation of the same shade to respect the aesthetics of the shoe.

Shoe repair services are carried out exclusively in Monsieur Chaussure workshops in Paris by salaried shoemakers Monsieur Chaussure.

Your shoes are checked by the workshop chief.
If we need more information, a manager will call you, otherwise the requested work will begin.

The usual deadline for this service is from one week to 10 days.

Poor care

Several traces of glue or something dark brown on light brown. These traces, which are far from being discreet although close to the sole, reveal sloppy workmanship. Which is regrettable considering the price of the service and especially the price of the shoes!

Dear customer, we think you are talking about the deformation applied to the sole plate. In our workshops we apply this effect to shoes when they are delivered to us with a very damaged sole. Obviously if this does not suit you we can offer you other solutions. Please note that all shoe repairs carried out in our workshops can be redone at will as long as you are not satisfied. We will forward your comment to your store manager so that he can contact you to redo the operation in accordance with your recommendations.
