The mouthpiece is much too thin to stretch the leather of my derbies. Even my finest shoes are not filled!I wrote to after-sales service to make an exchange for a more suitable product. No response for 2 weeks despite a reminder!!! However, the site undertakes to respond within 24 hours.... The after-sales service form only offers 3 item choices: product advice, incomplete order or order not received. MonsieurChaussure considers that the customer does not have the right to not be satisfied with the product and want to exchange or return it? The icing on the cake is that you have to pay to call the after-sales service, even though it is indicated on the site that the call is free...I am very disappointed with my experience with this site.

This is exactly what I wanted, it stretches the shoe well and the size matches perfectly.

Excellent product, the quality is there. The only downside is that I wanted the shoe tree to grip the shoes well and that is not the case. Tips, I put 3 pairs of socks on the hire.
