Laces: Color and size but by appointment

Good morning,The color on the internet is not at all the same as that of the product received. As for the thickness "for slightly thicker eyelets like those on sports and hiking shoes", we have 3mm while mine (to be changed) are 6mm.In addition, shipping costs are high (almost doubled price) for a small purchase while other sites offer free shipping.I thought that by buying from a specialist I would have a better product, I am very disappointed.
