Laces are OK; took longer to arrive than I'd expected

I would have expected a pair of laces to arrive in an envelope. They were not packaged other than in the posting container, so there was no reason they couldn't have been.Instead they arrived in a comically large box; and they took several days to come, while items posted usually arrive next day...

The dark brown cotton sport shoe laces are made for shoes and ankle boots.

These very thick round dark brown sport shoelaces are perfectly suited to shoes in the Timberland, Kickers or Caterpillar styles. They are made of a very dense braided cotton which makes them particularly suitable for sneakers, hiking shoes and sports shoes. These shoelaces are well-known for their durability and will keep your shoes properly secured to your feet even under heavy impact conditions. They come in a wide variety of sizes and can be used on both your shoes and boots. The dark brown colour makes these shoelaces highly versatile as they will match shoes of any colour.

Choose your shoelace length according to your shoe type. To calculate the length needed for a pair of shoes, simply count the number of eyelet pairs that you would like to lace up. A 45cm shoelace will fit two pairs of eyelets and is particularly suitable for men’s leather or suede dress shoes. Use 60cm shoelaces for shoes with three or four pairs of eyelets, and 75cm shoelaces for sneakers and men’s ankle boots. Since the number of eyelet pairs is only a guide for choosing the right length, it is better to measure your old shoelaces for greater accuracy.
