Non-compliant and poor quality product

Lace tightened once and the outer envelope is already cut, my order was for round and smooth laces and this is not the case, given the amount and especially the transport cost, I am not ready to place an order again on your site.

A bit short…

I followed the advice on your site regarding the length of the laces. After receipt, I confirm that for 5x2 eyelet Kickers, you need 90cm laces and not 75cm as advertised. Small disappointment also regarding the thickness of the laces which is much less than that of the original Kickers laces. Otherwise, delivery is fast and reliable.
